ultracode is most commonly pronounced "ul truh code" (/ˈʌltrəˌkoʊd/). This is the widely-used reading among engineers, though edge cases exist.

"UL-truh-code" — Claude Code max-effort mode (/effort) that fans work out across many subagents. Plain ultra + code.

Pronouncing project and product names correctly avoids the small but persistent friction of being gently corrected during standups, conference Q&As, and team calls.
